SERVICE POLICY:  With the exception of specified emergencies, all requests for service must be submitted to Vita Attiva Developers.   Please read your Homeowners Manual for information on coverage before submitting request.  Only warranted elements which are specifically designated in the Warranty Standards are covered by this Limited Warranty.  This Limited Warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages.  Appliances and Equipment included in the Home are not warranted under this Limited Warranty, but may be covered by separate warranties provided by the manufacturer or supplier. 

Please understand that Vita Attiva Developers representatives and subcontractors are not allowed to move, relocate, or set-up personal belongings (furniture, appliances, electronics, etc.) to perform warranty service work.  It is the Homeowners responsibility to ensure area is clear and ready for service.
